From an early age James knew he wanted to become a Chiropractor. Years of competing as an amateur and professional boxer fuelled his passion for health, fitness and ways in which the human body can be made to perform better. Following countless hours of research and observations, James decided on Chiropractic.

 

James concentrates on ‘traditional’ manual Chiropractic techniques, incorporating soft tissue work, Dry needling and exercise prescription to ethically get you better as fast as possible, with the fewest treatments.

 

As part of his continued professional development, James has completed numerous seminars, courses and events to further his knowledge and aid with the successful treatment and management of his patients who range from new born babies to professional athletes.
