Cancellation Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand our time is too. Therefore, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel any appointment.
Any cancellations that occur within the 24 hour period will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of the consultation fee for that booking.
Patients who make a booking and subsequently fail to arrive for their appointment, without prior contact made to cancel, will also be charged the cancellation fee.
